e-GOVERNMENT GATE TENDER:

Project Definition:

The project of "Determination of the strategy for the provision of Public services in a common platform -from a single gate (portal)- and the development of the services to be provided" and the urgent formation of the technical infrastructure of the e-government Gate for the purpose of the number 41 "formation of a project for the development and provision of public services in a common platform". The formation of the e-government Gate platform, installation of the software and hardware systems, provision for utilization and verification with pilot e-services, preparation of the required standard integration structure for the second stage and the inventory of public services to be transformed to e-services
The integration of public services and the institutions taking roles in services to the e-government Gate.

Existing Situation:

For the project, the feasibility work for all public institutions has been commenced and certain sections of the report results have been delivered to the relevant authorities. The hardware procurement related to the portal has been finalized and is in the installation phase.
Project period: Is expected to be 1+2=3 years.

TC. PRIME MINISTRY STATE ARCHIVES GENERAL MANAGEMENT -Hardware Procurement Project:

Project Definition:

Covers the supply and installation of the scanner, camera systems, pc, thin client, printer, photocopy machine etc hardware that the Institution needs in Istanbul and Ankara and the in-place maintenance-support services for 3 years.

Existing Situation:

Installation continues.

TC. PRIME MINISTRY CUSTOMS UNDERSECRETARIAT CORRESPONDENCE AND ELECTRONIC ADMINISTRATION:

Project Definition:

Procurement and installation of computer hardware and infrastructure in Customs Administrations

Existing Situation:

Supply and installation of cabling for data and uninterrupted power supply (UPS), system room air-conditioner, UPS, base band modem, router device, adsl modem/router, switch (switch), sdsl modem, personal computer and laser/dot matrix printer devices required for the installation of informatics systems infrastructure in 48 Customs Administration offices and, supply and installation of server mainframe, personal computer, switch, backbone switch and fiber/optics-utp converter devices to be used in the Correspondence and Electronic Administration; in addition, the guarantee-maintenance/repair of all the goods and services provided.

KKK - Brigade Command Posts Automation:

Project Definition:

It has been planned within the scope of the KKK KKBS project that the structural cabling and local area network system in a Client/Server architecture of in 7 Brigade Command Posts Headquarters are supplied and installed in a way to be integrated with the KKBS infrastructure currently in place in the K.K.K. Kh., Army, Army Corps, Divisions and certain Brigade command posts with servers, personal computers, communication infrastructure, peripheral units, interface devices, operating system and other required software being connected to YAA and GAA.
Project Realization Period: June 2004-December 2004

Existing Situation:

The project has been successfully completed.

KKK 3. ARMY CORPS- Mobile Information Systems Capacity Increase:

Project Definition:

It is planned that a F/O based local area network is installed as mobile to commanding locations and an internet purpose UTP based local area network is installed to be used in the tactical field for the KKK NATO High Preparatory Level 3rd Army Corps Headquarters.
Project Realization Period: January 2004-May 2004

Existing Situation:

The project has been successfully completed.

K.K. AMMUNITION COMMAND POST- Procurement, Installation And Automation of Information System Network Infrastructure (Msb Internal Procurement Regional Administration):

Project Definition:

The project of hardware, active- passive network infrastructure activity has been won and delivered in working condition.
Project Realization Period: November 2005

Existing Situation:

The project has been successfully completed.

STATE SUPPLY OFFICE GENERAL MANAGEMENT:

Project Definition:

Procurement of various types and amounts of hardware and software needed by the Administrative and Financial Matters Board of the Competition Institution.

Existing Situation:

The supply and installation of 5 each servers, 80 each notebooks, Symantec Security Products, Microsoft software together with upgrading of the existing computers in the scope of the tender realized by State Materials Office for the requirements of the Competition Institution.

DZKK. HEADQUARTERS COMMUNICATION INFRASTRUCTURE- Hardware And Network Tender:

Project Definition:

DZKK. Headquarters communication infrastructure hardware and network supply.

Existing Situation:

Gigabit ethernet switches, side switches, dsl devices, cameras and computer peripherals supply. Delivered on December 2005.

T.C. PRIME MINISTRY UNDERSECRETARIAT OF TREASURY - Procurement of Computer Hardware:

Project Definition:

The supply and installation of 15 each servers, 15 each computers, 60 each thin clients, 127 each screens, 1 each uninterrupted power supply with 20 Kva power, 2 each video projection devices, 2 each rack cabins, 14 each scanners, 1 each label printers in the Undersecretariat of Treasury.
Project Realization Period: October-December 2003

Existing Situation:

The project has been successfully completed.

TC. PRIME MINISTRY UNDERSECRETARIAT OF TREASURY:

Project Definition:

Procurement of Computer Hardware for the T.C. Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury.

Existing Situation:

The project which covers the supply and installation of 16 each servers, 15 each workstations, 50 each personal computers, 15 each notebook computers, 150 each thin clients, 80 each CRT screens, 40 each black & white laser printers, 1 each color laser printer, 8 each scanners, 1 each projection device, 2 each rack cabins and 20 each uninterrupted power supply devices in the Undersecretariat of Treasury has been successfully completed.

TC.PRIME MINISTRY UNDERSECRETARIAT OF TREASURY:

Project Definition:

Procurement of Computers and Computer Hardware

Existing Situation:

The supply and installation of servers, personal computers, thin client workstations, printers, scanners, screen systems for the upgrading of the existing server park, enlarging of the computer network infrastructure and meeting the computer hardware needs of the users in the Information Systems Center of the Undersecretariat of Treasury.

UYAP - National Legislation Network Project II-D - Network:

Project Definition:

The National Legislation Network Project of the Ministry of Justice is at the head of the large and comprehensive e-government activities. Our Company has won the network tender within the scope of the UYAP-II on the day our Ankara office on 31 July 2003.

Existing Situation:

The local area networks in 184 locations in the provincial organization of the Ministry of Justice have been designed and the project of 10,800 data nodes have been physically completed in a short period -acceptance process not included- of 82 days with success. Project Realization Period: August-December 2003

UYAP - National Legislation Network Project II-E:

Project Definition:

This is a project having the nature of continuation of the National Legislation Network Project II-D of the Ministry of Justice and is a comprehensive enlargement of UYAP.

Existing Situation:

Within the scope of the project, the network infrastructures of 473 locations all around Turkey have been designed; product installations have been realized and delivered in working condition. Project Realization Period: August-December 2004

HACETTEPE UNIVERSITY:

Procurement of H.Ü. Informatics Services Security Network Infrastructure Development System

Existing Situation:

The supply of network active devices required for the H.Ü. Informatics Services Security Network Infrastructure Development System.

ANKARA UNIVERSITY - Research Development Application Unit Systems Procurement Tender:

Project Definition:

Procurement Tender for Research Development Application Unit Systems of Ankara University

Existing Situation:

Within the scope of the tender, one each class of Chemistry Department in the Faculty of Science and Faculty of Education have been technologically furnished. Specially designed student and instructor computer desks, computers, server supply, display, sound, interactive board systems and network services are installed. The classes were prepared including antistatic floor covering and curtains using all technological facilities.

ANKARA UNIVERSITY- Campuses Local Area Network and Cabling:

Project Definition:

Covering the requirements within the scope of the Campuses Local Area Network and Cabling project of Ankara University.

Existing Situation:

The structural cabling for the faculties of Languages, History and Geography, Education, Political Sciences, Communication, Dental Medicine, Law and the Presidential Building of Ankara University and the active devices required in the buildings of Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, Dental Medicine and the Presidential have been delivered in working condition.

ANKARA UNIVERSITY - "Dışkapı Campus" Local Area Network and Cabling:

Project Definition:

Covering the requirements within the scope of the Dışkapı Campus Local Area Network and Cabling project of Ankara University.

Existing Situation:

The structural cabling and the required active devices for the faculties of the Veterinary and Agriculture in the "Diskapı Campus of Ankara University" have been delivered in working condition.
Project Realization Period: November 2005

YÖK - Network:

Project Definition:

The project of migration of the YÖK Institution Building infrastructure from ATM to Gigabit Ethernet.

Existing Situation:

The system enabling users to user access at 10/100 Mbps speed and using Gigabit Ethernet in the backbone has been installed for the 500 users network infrastructure of YÖK. Trainings related to system and administration have been provided and the project was completed in a short period of 1.5 months.
