RENAULT MAIS - Renault Cardvisit, Smartcard Project
Project Definition:
Supply of a Renault CARDVISIT to all Renault car owners (without discriminating the model/year) requesting it; this card is a customer card having 8 KB memory and carrying personal information such as name, address, tax number of the customer and basic information of the car.
The card is used in all purchases and services around Turkey and the points gained as a result of the activities the person does and are reflected to the customer as additional discounts.
Existing Situation:
The number of cards continues increasing every day in this project that started in the year 2004. The user information has been standardized with this card. Renault customers show this card at all points they receive services, enable speedy access to their information and benefit of the advantages provided to them. The querying of customer at every service has been finished. The customer can reach and update all his/her information in 4 seconds as (s)he shows the card. With Renault Cardvisit, customers can gain points besides ease of recognition and getting personalized services in every commercial transaction. These points vary depending on service received, age of car, whether within the guarantee period or not. The points gained provide advantages such as getting services with a discount, additional 1-3% discounts in new car purchases..
OYTEK's customer matching-merging applications are customized for Renault and the data quality is increased and applied on these records. Thus, a series of benefits such as viewing the different records of the same customer have been provided. The design of the card has been done using a photograph of the front panel of Talisman, the concept car of Renault. The project has been selected as a "Best Practice" between the Renault affiliates all around the world.
OYAK RENAULT - Renault Spot Project
Project Definition:
Within the framework of a global agreement between Renault and HP, the supply, installation, support and maintenance services of the PC's, WS's and Notebooks that OYAK RENAULT needs in Turkey are provided.
OYSA- ERP:
Project Definition:
The license sales of the Microsoft Axapta Institutional Resource Planning solution modules meeting the business requirements of OYSA, the provision of the consultancy and education services required for the adaptation of the product to OYSA and preparation of the infrastructure to enable data communication with the software special to the sector that OYSA uses.
Existing Situation:
The system is in live use.
OYAK PENSION - Hosting Service
Project Definition:
This is the hosting and operation service of the database systems within OYTEK.
Existing Situation:
The systems of Oracle RAC Cluster Database are kept in the OYTEK System Room and the required systems are in continuous operating situation with the provision of Operating and Management services.
The projects continue with agreements made on an annual basis.
OYAK PENSION - Statement And Card Printing:
Project Definition:
This is a service of printing member cards to persons in the pension system and enveloping together with the access passwords and an acknowledging letter to be sent to the owners.
Existing Situation:
The project currently in operation shall continue with agreements signed on an annual basis.
OYAK PENSION
Project Definition:
A web based education content and question database project is designed for the preparation of the personnel of insurance companies to do Individual Pension sales to the proficiency exams done online by the Pension Surveillance Center (EGM).
Existing Situation:
With this "e-learning project" (distance education) that especially the companies having agency structures geographically dispersed and the employees in these companies receive all required trainings in a short period and practice with the online preparatory exams.
With the "distance education project" specially developed for Oyak Pension by OYTEK, Oyak Pension has trained the sales team of approximately 1200 persons. In the training, the Oyak Akademi education site infrastructure has been used and approximately 1000 questions have been automatically transferred to the system. With the BES Distance Education content and exams, after getting prepared for the exams in a short period, the Oyak Pension personnel have entered the EGM exams and had a success rate of 80%..
OYAKBANK - Oyak Bank Migration to Windows 2003 Project:
Project Definition:
Realization of Migration from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2003 for Oyak Bank Domain, from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2003 for Oyak Bank General Management and Branches Servers, from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 for Mail System, from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows XP SP2 for Oyak Bank General Management and Branches clients.
Existing Situation:
The Domain migration and Exchange migration has been done. Migration has been applied to a total of 61 Branches. A 35% part of the project has been completed.
OYAKBANK - Services:
Project Definition:
All kinds of breakdowns/demands from the 310 Branches of Oyak Bank all around Turkey are received via the phones 0212 3392326 / 0212 4440141 of OYAK Teknoloji Service Desk and primarily phone support, in not solved, in place service is provided..
Existing Situation:
Provision of services continues.
OYAK TELEKOM:
Project Definition:
The allocation of the Turk Telekom lines for the installation of the OYAKNET backbones, realization of the acceptance tests of the backbone infrastructure, PoP nodes Infrastructure Support, Help Desk, System Hosting (Co-Location) services are provided. With the migration to live medium, the scope of services provided shall be enlarged.
Existing Situation:
The acceptance of PoP nodes and line allocations are completed and system hosting and infrastructure support services have begun. Activities for the putting into operation of Help Desk and other services continue in line with the project calendar.
OYAK CEMENT - e-Cement
Project Definition:
The Electronic Cement Companies Project is realized for the purpose of providing the information sharing and communication of employees of Oyak Cement Group companies in electronic medium and hence increasing effectiveness and productivity while decreasing costs.
Existing Situation:
Within the scope of the project currently in active use, the local area networks of OYAK Cement Group Companies have been improved. Wide area networks and Cement Intranet have been built for ensuring communication and access to central applications of the OYAK Cement Group companies and facilities. An infrastructure to enable communication of the OYAK Cement Group employees with the external world in a secure and effective medium has been built, hence it is ensured that the Internet Services are provided, managed and controlled centrally in a secure structure. The Cement Group Portal structure is built and put into operation for supporting information sharing, correspondence and team activities independent of time and location.
AXA OYAK
Project Definition:
A service sales agreement to Axa Oyak to continue for 3 years has been realized for the purposes of backing up of the information and communication infrastructure within the scope of disaster recovery and performing reporting procedures. With this service, Axa Oyak shall ensure work continuity and provide uninterrupted-reliable services to customers in a possible disaster situation.
Existing Situation:
Provision of services continues.
AXA OYAK- Agency Program Support
Project Definition:
In place support within an average of 2-4 hours is provided to approximately 1.500 Axa Oyak agencies all around Turkey for access to policy information and in the case of any defect in the agency programs used in the preparation of new policies.

TUKAŞ - ERP:
Project Definition:
MS Axapta ERP implementation is realized. Modules specific to the Food and Agriculture sectors have been developed outside the Axapta standard modules and in line with the Axapta standards.
Existing Situation:
The system is in live use.
INVESTMENT FINANSMAN:
Project Definition:
Provision of the maintenance and repair service for the Oracle Database and Red Line Linux Operating system software.
Existing Situation:
In the direction of the contract signed, provision of services continues.
IŞBIR SENTETIK- ERP:
Project Definition:
Provision of Consultancy, Support and Education Service for the migration to live medium by operating the existing Axapta ERP system and for the cost module supply and installation.
Existing Situation:
As of 2006, migration to live medium has been realized. The Cost Module is installed, integrated and trainings are given. The additional consultancy services continue in needed issues and the analysis and consultancy activities for the Warehouse and Master Planning modules have been started.
Consultancy services started on October 2005 and as of January 2006, migration to live medium and is being used. The Warehouse and Master Planning modules are planned to be completed before the end of the year.
THY - e-Learning Project:
Project Definition:
Increasing the basic computer literacy level of the THY local and abroad personnel, using a "mixed education" model for this and building a web based education Campus. It is planned that approximately 3200 users shall use the system.
Existing Situation:
The delivery period was planned as 4 months. Has been delivered in the planned period. And institutional adaptation process has started. The basic Windows XP, 2000, Office 2000 trainings are completed and a cartoon character has been created as the leader of the project. Project publicity and institutional promotion activities are done using this character. The system is leased for 1 year. In the meantime, the THY Information Processing has given us the second project, that is the training for Web Telex education program, taking our cooperation in this project as a reference, and this project too has been completed.
