A crucial element of card systems is the remote terminals with which the cards can be used. OYTEK offers point of sale (POS) systems that incorporate Keycorp's ergonomic and stylish new-generation smartcard reader. Designed to be easy to use and program, these systems allow different applications to operate simultaneously on them and offer high-speed data communication. OYTEK fills an important gap in the market by offering POS alternatives that are capable of exactly addressing a client's particular requirements.

In cooperation with its business partner Keycorp, OYTEK offers two types of POS terminals, one of them mobile, that are just beginning to come on the market and whose numbers are increasing rapidly.

Model K23 (Fixed)

Card printing

At OYTEK's card printing center, high-capacity card printing systems are employed to print plastic, magnetic and smart cards containing their users' pictures and signatures. These cards are automatically placed in sealed, personally addressed envelopes or are attached to special forms. On request, cards can be held in safe-deposit boxes and securely dispatched by whatever means the client wishes. The absolute security of client and customer information, a matter of the utmost importance, is achieved by means of camera monitoring and specially carded entrances.

OYTEK employs four card printing machines (two NBS Horizon, one DataCard 9000, and one DataCard 504) and one Protechno 7100 card mailing machine to produce 2,500 cards an hour and have them ready for delivery.

All of OYTEK's card printing, PIN printing, document printing, enveloping and insert services are carried out in an independent and extremely secure environment which is monitored and recorded 24 hours a day seven days a week by four security cameras and which is equipped with authorized-entrance only gating systems. These services, which are supported by an extensive machine park and advanced technological infrastructure, are in full compliance with ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance procedures.
