The POS Support unit provides telephone support 24 hours a day 7 days a week to about 17,000 POS devices located all over Turkey and in Cyprus.

POS Support's team of experts provides front-line support over the phone to resolve failures or problems with incomplete information that sometimes occur in Hypercom, Schlumberger, and Keycorp POS devices. The Onsite Service Unit is called in to resolve problems where telephone support is not enough.
